This book exists because of a dream. A dream to build a starship that can make all parts of our Galaxy accessible to human exploration. To convert this dream into reality will require new technology. State-of-the-art technology offers no help or hope. If our current technology is the best we can do then travel times within our Galaxy will forever be prohibitively long.

This book proposes a new technology, volom technology, which hopefully will explain the mechanics underlying the laws of nature. It is envisioned that volom technology will lead to operational starships and many advanced Earthbound projects.
