Fifty-plus years . . . and my novel is finally completed.

If only one person might have told me that it was going to take me over fifty years to bring an end to this novel, I would most certainly have told that person, "You're out of your cotton pick'n mind!" But, by golly, that's exactly the way it was as I took the bull by the horns and put that final end to my novel. And that's no bull!

There really was no interest during my younger years to even think about writing a book, let that I would be in an awkward position where I'd have to think, think, think about writing a novel when I wasn't even close to becoming a writer. I still attempted to put a story together . . . a little now . . . a little then . . . and then a little bit when I would slow down and get around to it. As my fun and a lot of other things finally climaxed as age quickly descended upon me, my writing habits then became an interesting part of my everyday life. So now everything started to get into story formation and become a book, which I call Almost Forgotten: Sentimental Journey . . . my book.
